Mastering The Barbell

The barbell is a cold and rigid object that can sometimes be intimidating for beginners. In these barbell workshops my goal is to teach you all the basics and proper body mechanics from your toes all the way up to your head so that you can gain the confidence and skills to handle the barbell.

These workshops will be available for all ages, from minors to seniors and are completely free!
